| Matthew A. Engel is a Ph.D. student in biomedical engineering at Stony Brook Univeristy, NY. Matthew has been expanding his interests into the fields of alternative energy resources, business development, technology commercialization, and patent law. After completing internships at various companies such as a local high-tech startup, an international pharmaceutical co., and a national laboratory, he has decided to merge these ideas into a blog covering current technological developments.
